Tina Epstein’s friendly personality was clear in the first phone call. At our first face-to-face meeting, she shared her advice for property pricing, supported by her own experience of buyer’s psychology, as well as an extensive factual analysis of the closing prices of comparable properties (summarized for me on a map of the neighborhood). Tina made clear in that first meeting that she represented me, the seller, and would do everything she could to represent the house to potential buyers in the most positive way. Her photos included several of the house interior; all were very professionally done to showcase its unique and personal features. Tina took great efforts to provide house openings that were gracious as well as informative, and went so far as to invite other brokers and their clients to the openings so as to get maximum exposure and interest. She kept me posted every step of the way, patiently answered all my questions and cleared up any confusion I had as to the sales process. She showed her business expertise and acumen in dealing with potential buyers, performing financial checks, and countering offers where necessary. I successfully sold the property at the right price more quickly than several other neighboring properties that had been put on the market earlier than mine. I highly recommend Tina, especially to first-time sellers like me who want to be sure that their broker is passionate about selling their property at the highest, and best, price possible.
